Last remaining land in Fulwood originally South Grove Farm, this over looks Mayfield Valley, with access to Bluebell wood.

South Grove Farm was purchased by Wilfred Sivil in late 1940s and based west of Sheffield Centre. It was amidst moorland and fields.

Wilfred had the foresight to recognise that one day this area would be the most desirable area in South Yorkshire. He was mocked by his friend and family as this land was so remote that he was given the telephone number West 1.
